Stuart Emmons, as a member of the OES Master Plan Committee, was in the client group for this project, that laid out the vision, selected the architects, and met and advised the architects during the master planning project. The Master Plan included major rework of vehicle circulation and parking to make the campus safer, and added new facilities for Performing Arts, Sports, and Math and Sciences.
